Friendly staff, great experience for my dog

This is by far the best place my dog has ever been groomed. I tried a few other places closer to me but ended up going back because they are the only ones that don’t just shave him. They are all so nice. Kathy is the best! Best haircut Lenny has ever had!

Took my dog to Pets, Etc to be groomed. It was the first time I was ever in the store. Every employee was so friendly & welcoming my dog to the store (which can be intimidating). Lindsey, the groomer was warm & friendly. She treated my dog like he was her own. The grooming service was completed fast. My dog came out strutting a great haircut! We found our new groomer!! Very satisfied.

Lyndsey is the best groomer we have ever been to! We bring our boys to her and not only does she do an amazing job with both our small dog and big dog but they literally love her. We would never go anywhere else! Thank you Lyndsey for taking such great care of our boys!
